You will work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to make our ambitious platform vision a commercial success.About the RoleCompany is seeking an experienced, driven Head of Commercial to spearhead the go-to-market strategy and execution for our consolidated e-commerce-to-accounting integration and payment gateway platform.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the commercial and go-to-market strategy for our new consolidated platform, covering e-commerce, accounting integrations, and payment gateway services in the Nordic and international marketsLead, scale, and mentor the commercial team (sales, partnerships, customer success)Own the sales pipeline, lead generation, conversion, and retention initiativesDefine and implement pricing, packaging, and positioning strategies to maximize competitiveness and revenue across integration and payment solutionsIdentify, pursue, and establish strategic partnerships with e-commerce platforms, accounting providers, and payment gateway providers (e.g., Stripe, Adyen, Nets, Klarna) to expand reach and unlock current revenue channelsCollaborate with Product and Marketing to ensure alignment of product roadmap, platform messaging, and competitive positioningMonitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitors (A2 X, Synder,



IEX, Sharespine, Webgility, etc.) to continually adapt strategy and ensure differentiationSet KPIs and be accountable for sales targets, renewals, and commercial metricsReport regularly to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations for continued commercial accelerationQualifications5+ years’ experience in Saa S commercial leadership, in e-commerce, payments, accounting, or integration domainsProven track record of launching and scaling Saa S platforms from launch to market leadershipDeep understanding of Saa S sales, marketing, and customer success best practices, including self-service and enterprise sales modelsExperience managing both direct sales and partner/channel sales globallyKnowledge of payments ecosystem, including payment gateway providers and financial compliance requirements in Saa S go-to-market contextsAnalytical mindset with strong skills in data-driven decision-making and competitive analysisAbility to build, lead, and inspire high-performance commercial teamsExceptional communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skillsFluent in English; Nordic languages a plusFamiliarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Woo Commerce, Magento), accounting systems (e-conomic, Fortnox, Xero), and payment gateway solutions (Stripe, Adyen, Nets, Klarna)Required SkillsExperience growing Nordic B2 B Saa S brands internationallyPrior exposure to competitors such as A2 X, Synder, IEX, or SharespinePay range and compensation packageSalary up to 30 LPAEqual Opportunity StatementThis role is central to Company's next phase and requires a strategic, hands-on commercial leader able to scale a unified Saa S business covering e-commerce, accounting, and payments in a competitive and dynamic market.
