We are looking for an accomplished industry leader to build and lead our Centre for Industry & Institute Collaboration (CIIC) — the strategic bridge between our institutions, industry and the world of opportunity.

You will have the mandate to create a powerful industry–institute ecosystem — one that goes beyond recruitment to influence what students learn, how they build their capabilities, who they learn from and where their careers take them.

Your Mandate

- Regular Placements

Own the institution's placement ecosystem — employer relationships, recruitment pipelines, placement strategy and outcomes — with a relentless focus on quality, relevance and career outcomes.

- Strategic Placements & Industry Partnerships

Build deep, long-term relationships with leading organisations across sectors, with a particular focus on establishing strong institutional relationships with Tier-1 technology companies and other marquee employers.





Create strategic talent pipelines, internships, live projects and industry partnerships that go well beyond conventional campus recruitment.

- Training Needs Analysis

Continuously translate industry expectations and emerging skill requirements into a clear understanding of student capability gaps and institutional training priorities.

- Training Function – Management & Delivery

Lead the internal training function and ensure high-quality, industry-relevant and measurable capability development across student cohorts.

- Industry Centres of Excellence

Identify strategic sectors and co-create industry-backed Centres of Excellence that bring together training, certifications, applied projects, research, innovation and industry engagement.

- Student Portfolio Building

Create a culture where every student graduates with evidence of capability, through projects, certifications, internships, competitions, research, entrepreneurship and industry exposure — not merely a degree.

You may have spent 15–25 years building a business, leading a function, driving transformation, creating teams, developing talent or building strategic relationships.
