Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Guidewire Policy Center/Claims Center Business Analyst with 6-12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance policy management and a deep understanding of the Guidewire Policy Center platform. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to the Guidewire Policy Center/Claims center.
- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
- Support the testing process by developing test cases and conducting user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide training and support to end-users on the Guidewire Policy Center functionalities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to Guidewire and insurance policy management.
Mandatory Skills:
- Proven experience with Guidewire Policy Center/ Claims Center is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team workplace.
- Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of insurance industry standards and practices.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with other Guidewire products (e.g., Billing Center, Claim Center).
- Understanding of data modeling and database concepts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience as a Business Analyst, specifically in Guidewire Policy Center/Claims center.
- Relevant certifications in business analysis or project management are a plus.
