Role Description The Guest Relations Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. In this role, the individual will welcome guests, manage check-in and check-out procedures, and ensure a smooth and positive experience throughout each stay. Daily responsibilities include handling front desk operations, answering inquiries, resolving issues, coordinating with housekeeping and other departments, and maintaining accurate guest records.

The Guest Relations

Executive will also support sales initiatives by promoting hotel services, upselling room categories,



and assisting with corporate and travel partner bookings. The role requires a solid focus on service quality, qualified demeanor, and adherence to RCC Hotels’ operational standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Guest Relations and Customer Service skills, with a focus on creating positive and memorable guest experiences.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening abilities.
- Candidates should possess Receptionist Duties capabilities, such as managing front desk operations, handling reservations, and maintaining guest records.
- Candidates should possess basic Sales skills, including upselling hotel services and supporting corporate and travel partner bookings.
- Additional qualifications: prior experience in hospitality or front office roles, familiarity with hotel management or reservation systems, ability to work in shifts, and strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

Educational background in hospitality management or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; a service-oriented mindset and professional conduct are Salary Offering from 15000 to 25000 per Month based on com skills and experience
