Based at A to Z Studio in Vile Parle West, Mumbai, Bollywood Safari features studio environments, film sets, interactive activities, cultural performances and behind-the-scenes experiences.

About the RoleWe are looking for a Guest Experience Executive to guide visitors through the Bollywood Safari experience and ensure they have an enjoyable and memorable visit.

This is a suitable opportunity for candidates starting their career in tourism, hospitality, entertainment or customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests and provide an introduction to the Bollywood Safari experience.
- Guide individuals and groups through the studio, sets and various activities.
- Explain the stories, concepts and interesting aspects of the sets and experiences.
- Interact with guests and answer their questions throughout the visit.
- Conduct and support interactive activities for visitors.
- Manage guest groups and ensure a smooth flow during the experience.
- Coordinate with the operations team for daily activities and guest requirements.
- Maintain a professional,



friendly and helpful approach with all visitors.
- Assist with basic guest coordination and other operational responsibilities when required.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with groups and interacting with different types of guests.
- Good command of English and Hindi.
- Interest in Bollywood, films, tourism, hospitality or entertainment is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a team and in a customer-facing environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working on-site and on weekends/holidays as required by the business.
