We are looking for a Growth & Partnerships Manager for our Indian office.
We are a profitable AI company helping horse owners, trainers and industry partners analyse horse videos. You will take ownership of the customer journey, from first contact to paid subscription, and help develop commercial partnerships worldwide. A key part of this role is owning and improving the UI and UX user flow across the entire product funnel, ensuring a seamless experience from landing page to activation and conversion.
What you’ll do:
- Manage Google, Meta and TikTok advertising
- Improve signup-to-paid conversion
- Design and optimize UI and UX user flows across onboarding, paywall and core product experience
- Create customer email campaigns
- Track growth, CAC, MRR and retention
- Work with engineers on analytics, UI/UX improvements and paywall optimization
- Manage partnership inquiries and outreach
- Help negotiate referral and co-branded partnerships
- Report weekly results and recommend next steps
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years in growth marketing for SaaS or subscription products
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and user flow optimization
- Comfortable using GA4, Mixpanel and Stripe
- Robust English copywriting skills
- Confident working independently with commercial partners
- Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate
- Able to work with customers and partners in Europe and the US
Experience with B2C SaaS, partnerships, Figma or Western markets is a bonus. Equestrian experience is not required.
