Role Overview

As a Senior Associate - Graphic Design, you’ll be working across digital marketing, influencer campaigns, ads, and social media, turning ideas into scroll-stopping creatives. This role is for someone who understands internet culture, adapts fast, and knows how to make content that feels relevant, fresh, and on-point-not forced.

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Design & Execution

- Design high-quality creatives for social media, digital ads, and brand campaigns

- Work on a mix of formats- static posts, carousels, stories, and short-form video creatives

- Basically: Make people pause mid-scroll.

1. Influencer & Content Adaptation

- Work with influencer and content teams to convert raw content into polished, brand-ready creatives

- Add design elements like text overlays, subtitles, branding, and layout improvements

- It should feel like content, not like an obvious ad.

1. Creative Thinking & Ideation

- Actively contribute ideas for campaigns, creatives, and content formats

- Stay updated with trends, and what’s working across platforms

- We want ideas, not just designs.

1. Brand Understanding

- Maintain consistency in brand identity across creatives

- Understand different brand tones and adapt accordingly

- Every brand has a vibe, get it right.

1. Asset Management

- Organize files, templates, and versions for easy access

- Build reusable design templates for efficiency

- Ensure smooth handovers and updates across teams

What We’re Looking For

1. Creative Excellence: A professional portfolio that demonstrates innovative visual solutions and a high level of artistic execution.



2. Software Expertise: Working knowledge of industry-standard tools (Adobe Photoshop) and familiarity with collaborative design platforms (Canva).

3. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to discuss creative concepts clearly and professionally.

4. Dynamic Workflow: Highly organized and capable of maintaining productivity within a high-energy, deadline-driven environment.

5. Precision: Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, error-free work.

6. Experience in marketing agency is a plus point
