Graphic DesignerWe are looking for a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our growing team. As Podify’s Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating social media design elements, website design assets, podcast artwork, You Tube thumbnails, logos, branding assets, and other design assets for our clients. We are looking for someone who is ideas-led and can apply intelligent, creative thinking to a range of different mediums.

The right person needs to ensure that our digital creative product remains the leading edge and that the quality of our delivery is upheld.Key Responsibilities:Conducts high-quality research to determine different design approachesCreate eye-catching, high-quality podcast design assets, social media assets, website banners, etc.Use design principles to maximize effectiveness.Propose creative design concepts as you identify opportunities.Revise, edit, and improve any design materials.Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering necessary information and materials.Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.Completes projects by coordinating with the production team, producers, and project managers.Have an outstanding attention to detail and a keen eye for razor-sharp design.Offline design as and when required.Good appreciation of clean, simple, image-rich,



usable interfaces.Broaden and enhance knowledge by keeping up to date with digital innovations and competitors.Ensures that all touchpoints are protected and are in line with the creative vision.Be aware and have an interest in all areas of design across digital marketing, podcasting, social media, etc.Skills and Requirements:3 - 5 years experience in an agency, design studio, or production companiesProficiency in all software for DesignExpertise in Motion Design is an added advantage.Expertise in Content Production & Creation is an added advantage.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools/software.Strong portfolio including static, animated, and mobile work samples.Having experience in the podcast production industry or digital marketing companies is a plus.Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.Job type:Full-time, 40-hours per weekHow to Apply for the job:Apply here on Linked In or send an email toa.
