Role Description The Graphic Designer role is a full-time, on-site position located at our studio in Bhubaneswar.

The Graphic

Designer will create visual concepts for digital and print media, including social media posts, marketing collateral, branding assets, and web graphics.

Responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams, interpreting client briefs, developing design layouts, and refining concepts based on feedback. The role involves preparing production-ready files, maintaining brand consistency across different platforms, and staying informed about current design trends and tools.

Designer will also support video and web projects with relevant visual elements as needed.

Qualifications

- Strong graphic design skills, including proficiency with industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent).
- Experience creating digital assets for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns, with a solid understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to translate client and internal briefs into clear visual concepts and iterate designs based on feedback.
- Basic familiarity with video production or motion graphics tools is an advantage.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in an on-site team workplace.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Portfolio demonstrating relevant design work; experience in an agency or studio setting is a plus.

- Degree or formal training in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent practical experience is also valued.
