Role Description This is a full-time, Hybrid Graphic Designer role based in Hyderabad.

The Graphic

Designer will create visual assets for digital and print channels, including marketing materials, social media creatives, product visuals, and presentations that support the Farm Gear Connect brand. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing concepts, designing graphics, refining layouts, and collaborating with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure consistent visual communication. The role involves maintaining brand guidelines,



preparing design files for production, and iterating on designs based on feedback and performance insights.

The Graphic

Designer will also help evolve the visual identity as the platform grows and reaches recent rural audiences.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphic Design and Graphics for digital and print media.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding to build and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
- Proficiency in Typography and layout principles for clear, readable, and appealing designs.
- Ability to use industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar).
- Portfolio demonstrating creativity, visual storytelling, and user-focused design.
- Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with designing for rural or emerging markets is a plus.
