About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Full-Time Graphic Designer to join Marketing Essentials Lab ®. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse design capabilities, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to produce high-quality visuals under tight deadlines. This role requires a passionate individual who can transform conceptual ideas into compelling visual stories across multiple media formats.

The Graphic

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work. A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects, including digital and print media, is essential. Expertise in industry-standard design software such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Dreamweaver is required.

The candidate should demonstrate exceptional creativity, innovation, and a keen eye for detail. Strong organizational and time management skills are necessary to handle multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital for effective collaboration with team members and clients.

The ability to work independently while maintaining a proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

- Create and deliver original, high-quality designs for a wide range of digital and print media, including logos, brochures, websites, social media content, product packaging, and advertisements.
