Company Description Huntlo is an AI recruiting agent designed to streamline modern hiring for recruiters, talent acquisition teams, staffing firms, agencies, and enterprises. The platform consolidates AI-powered candidate sourcing, search, enrichment, and multi-channel engagement into a single workspace. By automating outbound workflows, screening, and pipeline management, Huntlo helps hiring teams move quickly from intent to candidate engagement.

Recruiters using Huntlo spend less time managing tools and manual tasks, and more time building meaningful candidate relationships. The product also provides recruiting insights and recommendations to support data-driven hiring decisions.

Role Description The Video Editor and Graphic Designer will work full time on-site in Bengaluru, creating visual content that communicates Huntlo’s brand and product value.

Responsibilities include editing and producing marketing and product videos, designing graphics and motion assets for web, social media, and presentations, and ensuring all visual materials align with brand guidelines. The role involves collaborating closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to plan and execute video storyboards, create explainer content, and repurpose long-form recordings into short, engaging clips.



The team member will manage end-to-end post-production workflows, maintain organized asset libraries, and deliver high-quality content within agreed timelines.

Qualifications

Strong skills in video production and video editing, including planning, shooting support, and assembling footage into clear, engaging narratives.

Proficiency in video color grading and motion graphics to enhance visual impact, maintain consistency, and create agile explainer or promo content.

Experience in graphics design, including marketing collateral, social media creatives, thumbnails, and presentation visuals aligned with brand guidelines.

Comfort with industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent) and basic audio editing for clean sound.

Ability to translate product features and concepts into clear visual stories, with attention to detail, deadlines, and cross-functional collaboration.

Relevant experience in SaaS, technology, or B2B marketing is an advantage; a degree or formal training in design, media, or related fields is beneficial but not mandatory.

Salary : 20,000 to 25000 + incentives

Mode : Work from office

Days : Monday to Saturday.
