About the Role

Decrypton Private Limited is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing high-quality visual content for Decrypton and its clients across digital platforms. This role requires strong design skills, creativity, effective time management, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and create marketing creatives, social media posts, advertisements, banners, presentations, branding materials, and other visual assets for Decrypton and its clients.
- Develop visually appealing graphics aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Deliver assigned design projects within agreed timelines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and creative direction.
- Update task status, project progress, and deliverables regularly in Darcon CRM.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively.
- Revise and refine creative assets based on feedback from stakeholders and clients.




- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other industry-standard graphic design tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual storytelling.
- Experience creating creatives for digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Portfolio showcasing creative design work across different formats and industries.
- Experience working with agencies, startups, or client-facing projects will be preferred.
