We are now opening our Graduate Intern Programme — a structured entry route for graduates who want to learn fast, take on real work early, and convert it into a full time career with us.

This is not a shadowing internship. From week one, you sit inside a live function, carry deliverables, and are measured on outcomes.

The tracks

You will be assigned to one track based on your background, aptitude and our business requirements.

Project Management / Localisation Operations: Coordinate multilingual delivery across linguists, reviewers and technology. Own timelines, quality gates and client communication on live enterprise accounts. Work hands-on with our TMS and AI-assisted workflows.

Marketing: Support content, campaigns,



digital presence and demand generation. Research industries and buyer personas, build collateral, and see how a B2B brand is constructed in a specialised services market.

Sales / Business Development: Build and qualify pipeline, research target accounts, support proposals and pricing, and sit in on enterprise conversations. Learn consultative selling into large, multi-stakeholder organisations.

Human Resources: Support talent acquisition, onboarding, engagement and HR operations across a distributed workforce of employees, linguists and partners.

What the programme gives you

- A fixed stipend of INR 15,000 per month through the internship period
- A defined conversion path. On successful completion and performance evaluation, you are absorbed into the Executive cadre , with compensation in the range of INR 3.0 to 4.8 lakhs per annum — determined by your performance during the internship, your educational background, and prior experience where applicable

- Structured mentoring from function leads, with periodic feedback rather than a single end-of-term review
- Exposure to enterprise clients and to AI-enabled workflows that are reshaping the language services industry




- A certificate of internship on completion

Who we are looking for

- Graduates or postgraduates in any discipline (Management, Commerce, Arts, Science, Engineering, Mass Communication or Linguistics backgrounds are all welcome — the track will be matched to your strengths)

- 2024, 2025 or 2026 pass-outs; freshers are encouraged to apply
- Strong written and spoken English; additional language proficiency is an advantage
- Comfort with MS Office / Google Workspace, and a willingness to learn new platforms quickly

- Attention to detail, ownership of deadlines, and the ability to work with people across functions and geographies
- Curiosity about AI and how it is applied in a real commercial setting

How we evaluate Application review → aptitude and communication assessment → functional interview → offer. Through the internship, you are assessed on the quality of your work, ownership, learning speed, collaboration, and client orientation.

That assessment determines both confirmation and where you land within the Executive cadre range.
