Key Responsibilities
- Handle shop-floor assembly, component machining, and strict quality inspections.
- Execute end-of-line digital calibration and vehicle testing.
- Manage external regional client handovers and advanced field diagnostics for heavy commercial fleets.
- Lead shifts or handle customer-facing technical support depending on the assigned path.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Automobile, Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or Mechatronics Engineering. (ITI certifications in Fitter/Machinist trades are accepted for operator paths).
- Experience: 0–4 years of experience in automotive shop-floor assembly, CNC machining, vehicle testing, dealership technical support, or heavy machinery field engineering. Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in vehicle diagnostic software, ECU flashing, common rail fuel injection (CRDI), pneumatic braking layouts, and reading complex automotive wiring schematics.
- Mobility: Readiness to travel to regional dealerships or client field sites as needed.
