Job Title: Google Ads Specialist

Experience Required: 3–5 Years

Location: Noida, Sector 62 (In office)

### Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and manage high-converting Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, etc.) to generate leads, sales, and brand awareness.

Manage and optimize supplementary campaigns across Meta Ads, Bing Ads, and other digital platforms.

Handle broader digital marketing activities, including content planning and cross-channel campaign execution.

Coordinate with content writers, graphic designers, and video editors to create compelling ad creatives and marketing assets.

Monitor campaign performance, manage budgets, adjust bids, and prepare detailed weekly and monthly performance reports.

Conduct in-depth competitor research, market analysis, and comprehensive keyword research.

Implement and monitor SEO best practices to improve overall website visibility.

Manage website content updates and optimize landing pages to maximize conversion rates.

Track and improve core KPIs such as reach, engagement, leads, conversions, CPL, CPC, CTR, and ROAS.

Stay updated with the latest Google Ads algorithms, digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.

### Required Skills





3–5 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing, with a primary specialization in managing Google Ads.

Deep expertise in Google Ads, alongside a strong, working understanding of Meta Ads and Bing Ads.

Solid knowledge of broader social media marketing and digital content strategy.

Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console, with a foundational understanding of SEO.

Strong ability to analyze complex campaign data, run A/B tests, and identify immediate optimization opportunities.

Strong problem-solving and highly analytical mindset.

Ability to conduct keyword research and on-page optimization to increase website rankings and drive organic traffic.

Experience in developing and executing email, text, and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.

Ability to work closely with the sales team to understand lead quality, disqualification reasons, and conversion patterns in the CRM.

Hands-on experience using AI Tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude.ai, Gemini, etc.) for research, ad copy generation, and productivity.
