Job Title - S&C; GN Consultant & Analyst- Airports

Management Level: 09/11

Location: Bangalore/ Gurgaon/ Hyderabad/ Mumbai/ Chennai/ Kolkata

Must have skills

- Strong understanding of airport operations and airport IT systems
- Hands-on experience with core airport systems such as BHS, AODB, AOCC, RMS, FIDS
- Knowledge of airport enterprise and reference architecture
- Experience in airport digital transformation, IT consulting, or system integration
- Robust stakeholder management and communication skills

Positive to have skills

- Experience in CUTE / CUSS / CUSSP environments
- Exposure to smart airports, IoT, AI/ML use cases, or data analytics in aviation
- Knowledge of global airport standards (IATA, ICAO, ACI)
- Experience working with airport authorities, airlines, ground handlers, or OEMs
- Program or project management experience (PMP / PRINCE2 / SAFe preferred)

Experience

- Consultant: Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience
- Analyst: Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience

Educational Qualification: MBA from a recognized B-School

- Job Summary: As a Consultant/ Analyst – Airport CoE, you will serve as a trusted advisor to airport stakeholders, driving strategic consulting engagements across the aviation ecosystem. You will apply your expertise in airport systems, digital transformation, and enterprise architecture to shape business and technology strategies, define operating models, and design scalable solutions. The role involves advising clients on modernization roadmaps, investment decisions, vendor ecosystems,



and next-generation airport capabilities across all airport functions.

Roles &

Responsibilities

- Provide subject matter expertise on airport operations and IT systems
- Understand and assess airport systems including:
- Baggage Handling System (BHS)
- Airport Operational Database (AODB)
- Airport Operations Control Center (AOCC)
- Resource Management System (RMS)
- Flight Information Display System (FIDS)

- Define and review airport enterprise and reference architecture
- Design and evaluate CUTE / CUSS / CUSSP environments
- Develop vendor assessment frameworks for COTS vs. custom airport solutions
- Support airside, terminal, and landside operational transformation initiatives
- Engage with clients to gather requirements, conduct workshops, and present solutions
- Contribute to pre-sales activities, proposals, and thought leadership for the Airport CoE

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Strong understanding of airport operational and passenger processing systems
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions
- Experience in system integration, architecture design, and vendor evaluation
- Robust analytical, documentation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work in multi-stakeholder, global environment

Additional Information

- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in management and technology, along with a proven track record of delivering airport consulting or transformation engagements.
