We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP SCM Consultant (Level 9) to support and deliver large-scale ERP transformation programs. The role requires solid functional knowledge of Supply Chain Management modules, combined with hands-on consulting experience to contribute to end-to-end implementation, vendor selection activities, and business transformation initiatives.

The candidate will be responsible for supporting solution design, contributing to delivery workstreams, and helping clients achieve measurable business outcomes through Oracle Fusion ERP platforms with a particular emphasis on healthcare industry

Key Responsibilities

- Support engagement with client stakeholders to align ERP solutions with business objectives
- Contribute to structured insights, documentation, and recommendations for client decision-making
- Participate in and help facilitate stakeholder workshops for vendor selection, discovery, and design; support alignment across business and IT teams

process assessments, and fit-gap analysis across ERP SCM domains
- Translate business requirements into functional ERP solution designs under guidance of senior team members
- Support alignment between business processes and system capabilities
- Contribute to design workshops and assist in preparing documentation for key decision-making checkpoints
- Support RFP responses, solution proposals, and business development activities

Required Qualifications

Core Skills

- Robust understanding of SCM ERP modules – Inventory , PIM, Procurement, Supply Chain Collaboration and Cost Management
- Knowledge of business process design, fit-gap analysis, and functional solution design
- Strong stakeholder communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to support data-driven decision-making (e.g., scoring frameworks, ROI models)
