About The Role We are looking for a talented Generative AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), intelligent AI agents, and modern machine learning technologies.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Python, LLMs, LangChain, LangGraph, Transformers, RAG, and Vector Databases , along with a passion for building scalable and production-ready GenAI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop production-ready Generative AI applications and solutions.
- Build and optimize LLM-powered applications using modern AI frameworks.
- Develop RAG pipelines for enterprise knowledge retrieval and question answering.
- Build AI agents and multi-agent workflows using LangGraph and related frameworks.
- Integrate commercial and open-source LLMs into applications.
- Work with Transformers, Hugging Face, embeddings, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning.
- Design and manage vector search solutions using Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Chroma, Milvus, or similar technologies.
- Develop APIs and backend services using Python frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.
- Optimize LLM performance, response quality, latency, and cost.
- Implement prompt evaluation, model evaluation, monitoring, and guardrails.
- Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, product teams, and business stakeholders.
- Deploy AI solutions to cloud and production environments.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, and NLP.

Required Skills

- Strong programming experience in Python.




- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong understanding of RAG architecture and implementation.
- Experience with LangChain and/or LangGraph.
- Experience with Hugging Face Transformers.
- Knowledge of embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases.
- Experience with prompt engineering and LLM integration.
- Understanding of NLP, machine learning, and deep learning concepts.
- Experience working with REST APIs and AI/ML services.
- Knowledge of Git, software development practices, and testing.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Llama, Mistral, or other LLM platforms.
- Experience with Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, Weaviate, or Milvus.
- Knowledge of PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience developing AI agents and autonomous workflows.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of LLM fine-tuning, LoRA/PEFT, or model optimization.
- Experience with AI evaluation frameworks and observability tools.

Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Equivalent practical experience with Generative AI will also be considered.

Experience Level
- 1–3 Years: Junior/Associate Generative AI Engineer
- 3–6 Years: Generative AI Engineer
- 6–10 Years: Senior/Lead Generative AI Engineer
