Support Our Heroes (SOH) is looking for a passionate, driven and results-oriented Fundraising Executive / Manager in a Full-Time role to join our team in New Delhi / West Delhi.

?? About Support Our Heroes

Founded by the sons of a Kargil War Veteran and guided by decorated Ex-Servicemen from the Army, Navy and Air Force, SOH works across India to support Ex-Servicemen, Veer Naris, disabled soldiers, medically boarded-out personnel and veteran families.

Over the years, SOH has supported 350+ veteran families across 22+ states and currently assists 140+ families every month.

? Your Mission

We are looking for someone who can go beyond traditional fundraising and build relationships, create opportunities and bring resources to the cause.

You will be responsible for:

- Developing and executing fundraising strategies
- Identifying and approaching CSR departments, corporates, HNIs, foundations and institutional donors
- Building and managing a strong donor/prospect pipeline
- Developing fundraising proposals, concept notes and presentations
- Managing individual donor and major-donor outreach
- Building partnerships with RWAs, schools, colleges, clubs, religious institutions and community organisations
- Managing crowdfunding, digital fundraising and campaign initiatives
- Converting prospects into long-term supporters
- Maintaining donor relationships and improving donor retention
- Tracking fundraising performance and achieving agreed targets
- Representing SOH in donor meetings, networking events and fundraising initiatives

? Compensation

₹4–6 LPA Fixed CTC + Performance-Based Fundraising Incentive

? Who We're Looking For

Experience: 3–7 years in fundraising, NGO fundraising, CSR, business development, sales, partnerships or donor management.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have:

✅ A proven track record of fundraising / business development

✅ Robust communication and negotiation skills

✅ Excellent relationship-building abilities

✅ Experience approaching corporates, HNIs, CSR teams or institutions

✅ Strong proposal and presentation skills

✅ A target-oriented and persistent approach

✅ Ability to independently generate and manage a fundraising pipeline

✅ A genuine passion for social impact and supporting our veterans

Candidates with an established donor/CSR network will have a strong advantage.
