Technical Leadership &

- Architecture :
- Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of scalable full-stack enterprise applications.
- Translate business and functional requirements into robust technical solutions, architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and implementation plans.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership across frontend, backend, database, cloud, integration, and AI-enabled application components.

Frontend Development :

- Design and develop scalable, responsive, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces using React.js and TypeScript.
- Build reusable React components, application modules, hooks, and frontend architectures following industry best practices.
- Implement effective state management and ensure maintainable frontend application architecture.
- Work with Angular for hybrid applications, legacy modernization, and enterprise frontend ecosystems.
- Develop enterprise-grade UI using component libraries and design systems such as PrimeReact, MUI (Material UI), or comparable frameworks.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and product teams to review designs and recommend improvements related to usability, accessibility, responsiveness, and performance.
- Ensure consistent UI/UX standards across different modules and applications.
- Optimize frontend performance through effective component design, lazy loading, caching, API optimization, and efficient state management.

Backend Development :

- Design and develop scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using .NET Core and Python.
- Develop enterprise-grade APIs using ASP.NET Core, Web API, and Python-based frameworks.
- Implement microservices-based architectures and establish appropriate service boundaries and integration patterns.
- Use Python for data processing, automation, AI/ML integrations, API development, and intelligent application workflows.
- Collaborate with data and AI engineering teams to integrate Python-based AI capabilities into enterprise applications.





Generative AI &

- Intelligent Applications :
- Drive the adoption of Generative AI capabilities across enterprise applications.
- Design and implement AI-powered features using LLM APIs, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, and intelligent automation.
- Integrate LLM-based capabilities into existing web applications, backend services, and enterprise workflows.
- Develop prompt workflows and reusable AI components for business-specific use cases.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions for contextual search and knowledge retrieval.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies, LLM platforms, agent-based architectures, and enterprise AI development practices.

Agentic AI Nice to Have :

- Exposure to Agentic AI frameworks and multi-agent orchestration is highly desirable.
- Experience with frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, or similar agent-based orchestration frameworks will be an advantage.
- Understanding of AI agents, tool calling, workflow orchestration, memory, planning, and multi-step reasoning workflows is preferred.
- Experience designing enterprise applications that combine traditional APIs with AI agents will be an added advantage.

Database &

- Backend Fundamentals :
- Design and optimize relational and NoSQL database solutions.
- Work with databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB, or comparable technologies.
- Develop efficient queries, stored procedures, indexes, data models, and database integrations.
- Troubleshoot database performance issues and optimize application-to-database interactions.
- Implement appropriate caching strategies and performance optimization techniques.
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, scalability, and security across applications.

Team Leadership &

- Mentoring :




- Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers and provide day-to-day technical guidance.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding, architecture, security, and testing standards.
- Identify technical gaps and provide mentoring, knowledge-sharing sessions, and development guidance.
- Break down complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Provide technical estimates, resource planning, effort estimation, and delivery timelines.
- Track technical risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges and proactively communicate them to stakeholders.

Required Skills &

Experience :

- 10 to 12 years of overall software/full-stack development experience.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as Technical Lead, Team Lead, Full Stack Lead, or equivalent technical leadership role.
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js and modern frontend development.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript.
- Good hands-on experience with Angular.
- Experience with PrimeReact, MUI (Material UI), or comparable enterprise UI component libraries.
- Strong backend development experience with .NET Core / ASP.NET Core / C#.
- Strong working knowledge of Python for APIs, services, automation, data processing, or AI integration.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, authentication, authorization, caching, and performance optimization.
- Practical experience integrating Generative AI/LLM capabilities into enterprise applications.
- Experience with one or more of LLM APIs, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, or AI-powered automation.
- Strong database experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is preferred.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and technically guide engineering teams.
