About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer / Lead Engineer who combines strong software engineering fundamentals with an AI-native approach to development.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Golang and/or Node.js, strong frontend skills in React.js / Next.js, and hands-on experience designing and scaling production-grade systems on AWS.
You should be someone who uses modern AI development tools such as ChatGPT, OpenAI Codex, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, or similar platforms to improve engineering productivity, code quality, testing, debugging, architecture, and delivery speed.
Key Responsibilities
Full Stack Engineering
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Golang and/or Node.js.
- Build high-performance frontend applications using React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Develop secure REST APIs, GraphQL APIs, and event-driven backend services.
- Implement authentication, authorization, RBAC, SSO, OAuth, and JWT-based security flows.
- Design modular, reusable, scalable frontend and backend architectures.
- Define scalable data models and robust API contracts.
AI-Augmented Engineering
- Make AI development tools an integral part of the daily engineering workflow.
- Use tools such as ChatGPT, OpenAI Codex, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and Windsurf for:
- Code generation
- Debugging and troubleshooting
- Refactoring
- Architecture brainstorming
- Test-case generation
- Documentation
- Migration and modernization
- Performance optimization
- Infrastructure automation
- Critically evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Develop AI-assisted engineering workflows and internal productivity accelerators.
AWS & Cloud Architecture
Design, deploy, monitor, and optimize production systems on AWS, with hands-on experience in:
Compute: EC2,
ECS/Fargate, EKS, Lambda
Networking: VPC, Route 53, ALB/NLB, CloudFront, API Gateway, NAT Gateway, VPC Peering, PrivateLink
Databases: RDS, PostgreSQL/MySQL, Aurora, DynamoDB, Redis/ElastiCache
Storage: S3, EFS
Observability: CloudWatch, X-Ray, OpenSearch/ELK, Grafana, Prometheus
Security: IAM, Secrets Manager, KMS, WAF, Shield, Security Groups, GuardDuty
Infrastructure & DevOps: Terraform, CloudFormation/CDK, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD
Scale & Performance Engineering
- Build and optimize systems handling high traffic and large-scale workloads.
- Implement caching, CDN optimization, load balancing, horizontal scaling, and auto-scaling.
- Design asynchronous and event-driven architectures using Kafka, SQS, RabbitMQ, or similar technologies.
- Optimize database queries, indexing, partitioning, replication, and overall database performance.
- Identify and resolve memory leaks, performance bottlenecks, and production issues.
- Drive AWS infrastructure and cloud-cost optimization.
- Design and evolve scalable microservices architectures.
Required Skills
Backend
- Strong expertise in Golang and/or Node.js.
- Experience with NestJS, Express, or Fastify is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of concurrency, asynchronous systems, distributed architecture, API design, and security best practices.
Frontend
- Strong expertise in React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Experience with Redux, Zustand, Context API, or similar state-management solutions.
- Strong understanding of SSR, ISR, SSG, component architecture, frontend performance, and observability.
Databases
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and/or MySQL.
- Experience with DynamoDB/NoSQL and Redis.
- Understanding of indexing, query tuning, partitioning, replication,
and database scaling.
DevOps & Platform Engineering
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar tools.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code.
- Strong understanding of cloud deployment, monitoring, security, and production operations.
AI Engineering Mindset
- Proven experience using AI tools in software development.
- Strong prompt-engineering skills for development workflows.
- Ability to validate and secure AI-generated code.
- Understanding of the limitations, risks, and responsible use of AI in enterprise engineering environments.
Nice to Have
- Experience building SaaS platforms.
- BFSI, fintech, or enterprise product experience.
- Multi-tenant architecture experience.

Experience Required
- 7 years of software engineering experience.
- 3 years of full-stack product development experience.
- 3 years of hands-on AWS production architecture experience.
- Proven experience working with high-scale production systems.
- Experience mentoring engineers and taking ownership of technical decisions.
- Demonstrated experience improving system performance, scalability, reliability, or cloud costs.
