About ArmorIQ

ArmorIQ is a seed-stage startup building security infrastructure for AI agents. Our product, Agent Intent Management, helps teams see what their AI agents are doing, govern their behavior at runtime, and trust them in production. Our suite includes ArmorClaude, ArmorCodex, ArmorCopilot, ArmorClaw, ArmorPay, ArmorHealth, an SDK, and a platform console. As AI agents move from demos into real production systems, we're building the layer that lets companies ship them safely.

We're a small, fast-moving founding team, and this role works closely with both engineering and product, alongside the founders.

The Role

We're hiring a full stack engineer to help build and ship core parts of our product, from the platform console and SDK integrations to the backend services that power runtime intent enforcement. You'll work across the whole stack, move quickly, and take on real ownership early.

What will you do

- Build and maintain features across our frontend (React/Next.js) and backend (NestJS)
- Design and build APIs and services that connect with our Python based AI and agent components
- Contribute to our SDK and developer tools like ArmorClaude, ArmorCodex, and ArmorCopilot
- Deploy and maintain services on GCP and AWS
- Work directly with the founders and a small team, so your code reaches production fast




- Help improve observability into how agents actually behave at runtime

What we're looking at

- 1 to 3 years of professional full stack engineering experience
- Robust JavaScript/TypeScript skills, with real experience in React and Next.js
- Backend experience with NestJS or a similar Node.js framework
- Working knowledge of Python, especially for AI or agent related work
- Some hands on exposure to agentic AI or AI engineering, whether that's working with LLM APIs, agent frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or MCP, RAG pipelines, or just building AI powered features
- Comfortable with cloud platforms like GCP or AWS for basic deployment and CI/CD
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, sometimes ambiguous startup environment
- Solid fundamentals in data structures, API design, and debugging across the stack

Nice to have

- Experience with AI agent security, guardrails, or evaluation frameworks
- Side projects or open-source contributions you can show us (we like builders who ship in public)
- Prior experience at an early-stage startup
