Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer with 9–14 years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in React.js for front-end development and solid hands-on experience with Java or Node.js for backend development.

The candidate should be comfortable working across the full software development lifecycle and collaborating with cross-functional teams to build high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using React.js and Java/Node.js.
- Develop responsive, reusable, and high-performance UI components using React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Design and develop robust backend services, APIs, and microservices using Java/Spring Boot or Node.js.
- Integrate front-end applications with backend services and third-party APIs.
- Participate in application architecture, technical design, and implementation discussions.
- Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-tested code following industry best practices.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders.




- Troubleshoot production issues and provide effective technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards and engineering practices.
- Ensure applications meet requirements related to performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
- Contribute to Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

- 9–14 years of overall software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js and modern front-end development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Solid backend development experience with Java/Spring Boot or Node.js.
- Experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Good understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software engineering principles.
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar.
- Hands-on experience with Git and modern CI/CD practices.
- Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Good to Have

- Experience with TypeScript, Redux, React Hooks, Next.js, or similar React ecosystem technologies.
- Experience with Spring Boot, Node.js, Express.js, or equivalent backend frameworks.
- Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of cloud-native application development and distributed systems.
- Understanding of application security, scalability, and performance optimization.
