We are seeking an analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive Full Stack Developer with 2+ years of handson commercial experience building scalable web applications using the PERN stack (PostgreSQL, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js). In this role, you will play an active part in designing frontend user interfaces, engineering backend services, and optimizing database performance. What you will do:

•Full Stack Engineering: Develop responsive, accessible frontend interfaces in React.js and build scalable, secure RESTful APIs and backend microservices using Node.js and Express.js.

•Database Architecture &

- Optimization: Design relational database schemas in PostgreSQL, write optimized complex SQL queries, manage migrations, and implement effective indexing strategies.

•Analytical Problem Solving: Apply structured logical thinking to trace complex bugs, optimize application performance, and architect solutions for edge-case scenarios.

•API Integration &

- Security:



Integrate third-party services, implement authentication/authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth), and maintain API security standards.

•Code Quality &

- Maintenance: Write reusable, testable, and maintainable code adhering to software engineering best practices. Perform peer code reviews and maintain automated test suites.

•Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicate architectural decisions, technical trade-offs, and project status clearly to product managers, designers, and engineering leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of professional software development experience working in a production environment.

- Frontend Expertise: Proficiency in React.js (Hooks, Context API, Redux/ Zustand), HTML5, CSS3, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive web design.
- Backend Engineering: Strong hands-on experience developing RESTful web services and backend architectures using Node.js and Express.js.
- PostgreSQL (PSQL): Solid working knowledge of relational database design, complex joins, subqueries, aggregation, indexing, and performance tuning.
- Version Control &
- Workflow: Daily proficiency with Git, GitHub/GitLab, pull request workflows, and branch management strategies.
- TypeScript proficiency across frontend and backend.
- Experience with ORMs (e.g., Prisma, Sequelize, or TypeORM).
- Understanding of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Vercel).
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress)
