We work with a clear process, structured tasks, code reviews, and modern development tools.

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer based in India who wants to grow, take ownership, and work on real production projects as part of a professional remote team.

Compensation$300–$500 USD/month based on skills, experience, reliability, and consistency.

Who we’re looking for

- 1.5 - 4 years of real professional experience in a company or long-term client environment
- Hands-on experience with both frontend and backend development
- Strong motivation to learn, improve, and grow with the company
- Comfortable using modern AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor or similar tools to improve productivity while maintaining code quality
- Reliable, responsible, and able to communicate clearly
- Interested in a stable, long-term opportunity

What you’ll work on




- Build and improve production features across frontend and backend
- Develop interfaces using React / Next.js
- Build and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js
- Work with databases and existing production systems
- Fix bugs, investigate issues, and improve existing code
- Work with Git, pull requests, and code reviews
- Collaborate with developers, QA, and project teams
- Provide short daily progress updates and log working time in Clockify

Must-have
- 1.5 - 4 years of professional software development experience
- Professional experience with React.js and Node.js
- Experience with REST APIs
- Experience with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
- Git and basic pull request workflow
- Good written and spoken English
- Ability to work independently, follow specifications, and ask questions when requirements are unclear
- Available for full-time remote work
