Full Stack Developer — AI-Native Product Engineer

Compensation: ₹40,000–₹75,000 per month

We are looking for Full Stack Developers who want to build real products and grow into end-to-end product engineers.

You will work across requirements, planning, UI/UX, frontend, backend, databases, testing, deployment, and AI-powered product features. We actively use coding agents, but developers are expected to guide them, review their work, and remain responsible for the final result.

Responsibilities

- Build and maintain full-stack web applications.
- Understand user and business problems before coding.
- Create implementation plans and build in manageable slices.
- Design clear and practical user experiences.
- Write and review tests, handle errors, and perform QA.
- Use AI and coding agents responsibly.
- Communicate progress, risks, blockers, and uncertainty clearly.
- Contribute to internal tools, standards, and process improvements.
- Preferred background

Experience with some of the following is useful:

- React, Vite, JavaScript, or TypeScript
- Python and FastAPI




- PostgreSQL
- REST APIs
- Git and Docker
- Playwright or automated testing
- Coding agents or LLM integrations

We value ownership, communication, learning ability, and product judgment more than a fixed number of years of experience.

Candidates who demonstrate the required capability may join directly as full-time developers. A paid training period of up to two months may be offered where additional alignment is needed, and it can be completed earlier based on performance.
