Role Description The Full-Stack Artificial Intelligence Engineer will design, build, and maintain AI-driven web applications across the entire stack, from front-end interfaces to back-end services and data pipelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and integrating machine learning models into production systems, implementing APIs, optimizing databases, and ensuring reliable deployment and monitoring of AI features. The role also involves collaborating with product managers, designers, and other engineers to refine requirements, improve user experience, and ship high-quality features on schedule.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, requiring close collaboration with the local team and participation in code reviews, architectural discussions,



and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in full-stack web development, including front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, or Java) for building scalable applications.
- Hands-on experience with AI and machine learning workflows, such as model training, evaluation, deployment, and integration using libraries and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Solid understanding of databases and data engineering concepts, including SQL/NoSQL databases, data modeling, ETL pipelines, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps practices, such as containerization (Docker), CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools to ensure reliable, secure, and maintainable systems.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, clean coding practices, and experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and team-oriented development workflows.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams in an on-site, fast-moving environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; prior experience in AI-focused or product-based companies is an advantage.
