Role Description The Frontline Sales Officer role at HDFC Life is a full-time, on-site position based in Banswara. This role involves meeting prospective and existing customers to understand their insurance needs, presenting suitable HDFC Life products, and providing clear guidance on benefits, features, and policy details.

The Frontline Sales

Officer is responsible for generating leads through various channels, following up on inquiries,



and converting prospects into policyholders while maintaining high standards of customer service. Daily tasks include coordinating with internal teams and channel partners, managing sales operations and documentation, and adhering to regulatory and company guidelines. The role also requires tracking sales performance, meeting assigned targets, and contributing to HDFC Life’s presence in the local market.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-facing abilities, including Customer Service and Communication skills.
- Experience in Sales Operations and Channel Sales, with an understanding of insurance or financial products preferred.
- Proficiency in Lead Generation, prospecting, and follow-up to achieve sales targets.
- Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, finance, or a related field.
- Ability to work in office in Banswara, with good knowledge of the local market and willingness to travel locally as needed.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools or sales reporting systems.
- Prior experience in frontline sales, banking, insurance, or financial services will be an advantage.
