Role Description The Front Office Associate is a full-time, in office position based at Four Points by Sheraton in Ahmedabad. This role involves greeting guests, managing check-in and check-out procedures, handling room assignments, and processing payments accurately. The individual will answer phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, coordinate with other hotel departments, and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.





Daily responsibilities also include maintaining front desk records, ensuring a tidy and professional reception area, and resolving guest concerns promptly to support a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Check-in skills for managing guest arrivals and departures efficiently.
- Candidates should possess Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for handling calls, messages, and guest queries professionally.
- Candidates should possess Receptionist Duties experience, including front desk operations, record keeping, and basic administrative tasks.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include prior hotel or hospitality experience, comfort with reservation and PMS software, and proficiency in English and local languages.
