Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Front Desk Receptionist located at our clinic in Bengaluru.

The Front Desk

Receptionist will handle a variety of administrative and customer-facing tasks, including managing appointments, greeting patients, answering phone calls, providing basic information about services, and maintaining office organization.



The receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a warm and professional experience that reflects our clinic’s high standard of care.

Qualifications

- Proficient in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties, ensuring smooth communication and professional interactions
- Strong Clerical Skills, including scheduling, recordkeeping, and office organization
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear and courteous messaging
- Customer Service experience, with a focus on creating a welcoming and supportive setting
- Attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in basic computer applications such as email and appointment scheduling software
- Previous experience in a healthcare or aesthetics setting is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or customer service is an advantage
