The ideal candidate should have expertise in modern video editing software, motion graphics, color correction, sound design, and AI-powered editing tools. The role requires creativity, speed, and the ability to deliver engaging content within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Video Editing
- Edit promotional, corporate, educational, and social media videos.
- Create engaging short-form videos, reels, and long-form YouTube content.
- Add transitions, effects, animations, subtitles, and graphics.
- Deliver polished, platform-ready videos.
- Social Media Content
- Edit videos for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and WhatsApp.
- Optimize videos for different screen sizes and platform requirements.
- Create engaging thumbnails and short promotional clips.
- Repurpose long videos into multiple short-form content pieces.
- Motion Graphics & Animation
- Create motion graphics, title animations, lower thirds, and logo animations.
- Design visually appealing intros and outros.
- Add animated infographics and visual storytelling elements.
- Audio & Visual Enhancement
- Perform color correction and color grading.




- Enhance audio quality and remove background noise.
- Add background music, sound effects, and voice synchronization.
- Ensure professional-quality output.
- Content Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams.
- Understand creative briefs and convert ideas into engaging videos.
- Coordinate with scriptwriters and social media managers.
- AI-Powered Video Production
- Utilize AI tools for editing, captions, voice enhancement, background removal, and automated workflows.
- Stay updated with emerging AI video technologies to improve production speed and quality.
- Asset Management
- Organize raw footage, project files, templates, and media assets.
- Maintain proper backups and version control.
- Ensure timely delivery of all assigned projects.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Video Editing, Multimedia, Animation, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, Film Production, or a related field.




- Relevant certifications in video editing software are an added advantage.

Experience

- 1–4 years of experience in video editing, digital content creation, or multimedia production.
- Experience editing corporate, promotional, and social media videos is preferred.
- Freshers with an exceptional portfolio may also apply.

Technical Skills

- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Audition
- DaVinci Resolve
- CapCut
- Canva
- AI video tools such as Runway ML, Adobe Firefly, Descript, Veo, or similar platforms
- Basic understanding of YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook content guidelines
