Role Description: We are looking for an experienced GenAI Trainer to deliver an interactive training program for professionals from HR, Learning & Development (L&D;), and Finance backgrounds.
Requirement
- Design and deliver focused webinars & ILT sessions, across three strategic learning tracks: Functional AI Applications, Awareness & Fluency, and Governance & Enterprise Readiness
- Ensure continuity with previously delivered Digital Transformation content,
avoiding duplication while progressing participants from AI awareness to practical, function-led application
- Weave Agentic AI as a future-facing thread across sessions
- Combine concept explanation, business-relevant examples, functional use cases, and practical discussion in each session
- Tailor content to help participants connect AI adoption to day-to-day functional roles
- Address responsible, secure, and scalable AI adoption for leadership and teams
- Contribute to building a scalable, reusable learning model/framework for future capability-building programs across Group companies
- Collaborate with internal L&D;/coordination team on scheduling, content review, and participant engagement
- Solid subject matter expertise in AI, Digital Transformation, Data, and emerging technologies (including Agentic AI)
- Proven experience designing and facilitating corporate webinars/training for enterprise or functional audiences
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into business-relevant, function-specific use cases
- Experience with governance, security, and responsible AI adoption themes
- Excellent virtual facilitation and stakeholder communication skills
