Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Freight Broker role based in Noida, supporting US logistics operations.

The Freight

Broker will source and secure freight from shippers, negotiate rates with carriers, and manage end-to-end load coordination. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with shippers and carriers, handling dispatch activities, monitoring load status, and resolving service issues. The role involves ensuring accurate documentation, compliance with company policies and relevant regulations, and timely communication with customers and partners.

Broker will collaborate with the operations and account management teams to support revenue growth, lane development, and high service levels.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Freight Brokerage and Brokerage skills, including experience in negotiating rates and coordinating loads in US logistics.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain professional communication with shippers and carriers.
- Candidates should possess Dispatching skills to manage load assignments, track shipments, and ensure on-time pickup and delivery.
- Candidates should possess Account Management skills to develop and retain customer and carrier relationships, support recurring business, and identify growth opportunities.
- 1+ years of experience in US freight brokerage or logistics operations, preferably with exposure to FTL/LTL and multimodal transport.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, and comfort working across different time zones.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, use logistics software or TMS platforms, and make data-driven decisions.
- Relevant education in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
