Hampox is an AI-powered website builder for Indian small businesses. You describe your business in one line, in your own language, and you get a real, premium website in under a minute — connected straight to WhatsApp orders. It's for shopkeepers, studio owners, family manufacturers, first-time founders. People who know their product but have never had a website, and were never going to hire an agency.

It's live. It works. And it sits in a niche that barely exists yet in India: AI-generated, vernacular-first websites for the smallest businesses in the country. We're early in it, which is the whole opportunity.

We're going into launch now, and we're putting together the founding core team.

Who we're looking for

Scriptwriters — for AI-generated short-form video (Reels, Shorts). We produce with Google Flow and ElevenLabs for multi-language dubbing, so the tools are handled. What we need is the script: the hook, the beats, the voiceover, the emotional angle. Detailed and precise, written natively in English, Hindi or Telugu — not translated.

Creative thinkers for marketing — people who start from why would this person care before making anything. Campaigns, series, positioning, the story we tell. If you think in content and can explain why a hook works, you'll fit here.

SEO people — organic growth for hampox.app and for the vernacular content we publish. Keywords, on-page, content-led traffic. Real ground to own, from scratch.

You don't need all three. Tell us which one is yours.

Being honest about the stage

We're pre-revenue and bootstrapped, so there's no salary right now. What core members get is equity in Hampox — real ownership, in a written agreement,



with terms we'll discuss properly with you directly. When Hampox earns, pay follows, and it grows with the company.

That's the trade, and we'd rather say it plainly at the top than have you discover it later.

Who this actually suits

People who want to build a company, not fill a role. If the idea of shaping something from its earliest days — deciding how it talks, how it grows, who it reaches — is genuinely exciting to you, this is a good place to be. You'll have room to try things, be wrong sometimes, and still be taken seriously.

If you need certainty and a fixed paycheck right now, that's completely reasonable, and this isn't the moment for you. No hard feelings either way.

What you don't need

Degrees, certificates, agency experience, or a list of tools. We care how you think and whether you follow through. The rest is learnable, and we'll teach what we can.

4. One small sample of your thinking. Pick one: a woman starting her first business, a shop owner who's never had a website, or someone who thinks this is too technical for me. Give us the first three seconds of a video that would stop them scrolling, and one line on why it works for that person. (SEO folks: instead, tell us one keyword or search you think we should be winning, and why.)
