Charlie is building a new way for companies to discover and hire great talent.

We’re looking for someone to work directly with the founder across talent, business, market intelligence, and operations.

This is not a traditional MBA role. There is no neat box around the job.

You might spend the morning figuring out which companies Charlie should enter next, speak with hiring managers in the afternoon to understand what they actually need, and spend the evening turning that insight into a pipeline, partnership, or product experiment.

What you’ll do

- Find new markets, companies, talent pools, and opportunities for Charlie
- Help expand Charlie’s recruiting company and partner network
- Talk to hiring managers and understand how they actually hire
- Build and manage inbound and outbound pipelines
- Research markets and turn what you learn into decisions
- Test recent products, problems, and business ideas
- Work directly with the founder on whatever needs figuring out next

- What we’re looking for

You don't need years of experience.

You need judgement, curiosity, commercial instinct, and ridiculous ownership.

You should be someone who:

- Can talk to anyone and get them interested
- Figures things out without waiting for instructions




- Is comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities
- Can research something deeply and then actually do something with it
- Notices opportunities other people miss
- Wants to build a company someday

If you can sell ice cream to someone who wasn't looking for ice cream, you'll probably do well here.

One important line

We’re intentionally hiring very early in your career. If you have more than 1 year of professional experience, you’ll normally be excluded from consideration.

That said, rules are made to be broken for the right person. If you have more experience but can convince us, through your story and what you've actually done, that you belong in this role, apply anyway.

We’ll take the exception seriously.
