This role sits at the intersection of growth, partnerships, and distribution—working directly with the founder across two quick-growing platforms:

- A high-engagement ADHD awareness & community platform (adhd.yar)
- A content-first learning platform (Content Gurukul)

If you enjoy cold outreach, closing collaborations, and figuring out “how do we grow this faster?”, this is for you. ? What You’ll Do

- Drive 0→1 partnerships with brands, startups, and creators
- Identify and close collaborations (Instagram, LinkedIn, communities)
- Own outreach funnels (DMs, emails, follow-ups, tracking)
- Work on distribution growth (not just content posting)
- Spot and execute growth experiments every week
- Support founder on new initiatives, monetization ideas, and GTM

⚡ What We’re Looking For





- 1–3 years experience in growth / partnerships / founder’s office / marketing
- Strong bias for action → you don’t wait, you do
- Comfortable with cold DMs, emails, and closing conversations
- Good understanding of Instagram / LinkedIn / creator ecosystem
- Highly organized (Google Sheets, tracking pipelines, follow-ups)
- Clear communicator (written + verbal)
