Role Details

Full time | Hybrid (4 days offline, 2 days online) | 6 days a week

Open to third and fourth year students and recent graduates

What You'll Be Exposed To

You'll work across all verticals of the company, including:

- Strategy and growth planning
- Sales, partnerships and incentives
- Client-facing operations
- Research and insight development
- Marketing and social media strategy
- Internal systems, processes and execution
- Team and stakeholder coordination

From research and reports to decision-making support, this role gives you a front-row seat to founder-level thinking.

Who We're Looking For

- Third or fourth year student, or a recent graduate (any discipline)
- Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written, verbal communication and speaking skills
- Highly organised, proactive and self-driven
- Comfortable with Google Workspace and MS Office
- Genuine interest in education, leadership, startups or youth development
- Prior exposure to education, consulting, sales or leadership programs is a plus
