Founder's Office – Business Analytics & MIS The Founder's Office is a strategic function that acts as the right hand to the Founder, working across departments to drive data-backed decision-making, ensure execution excellence, and support business growth. This role is ideal for a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive individual with a solid command of business intelligence, reporting tools, and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the Founder on high-impact business projects, strategic initiatives, and performance tracking.
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards and MIS reports to provide real-time visibility into key metrics across departments (Sales, HR, Finance, Operations).
- Perform deep-dive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks; present actionable insights to leadership.
- Track and analyze key business KPIs on a weekly/monthly basis and prepare presentations for internal reviews and investor reporting.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, ensure data integrity, and standardize reporting across the organization.
- Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic decisions and business development efforts.
- Ensure the Founder is well-informed through timely and accurate summaries, reports, and follow-ups on all ongoing initiatives.
- Lead special projects and act as a program manager for time-sensitive deliverables.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 2–5 years of experience in business analytics, MIS, consulting, or founder’s office roles.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI/Tableau, and data visualization.
- Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and accountability.
