Founder's Associate – Tech & Growth

Most people join startups for the title.

We're looking for someone who wants to help build one.

You'll work directly with the founder across AI, product, growth, sales, partnerships, operations, customer success, fundraising, and whatever the business needs that week. You'll see how an early-stage company is actually built.

What you'll do

- Build and test AI workflows and internal tools.
- Research customers, markets, and competitors.
- Help with product launches and growth experiments.
- Support sales, partnerships, and customer onboarding.
- Work across operations, strategy, and execution.
- Solve problems quickly with whatever resources are available.

Who we're looking for
- Curious and highly ambitious.
- Learns fast and takes ownership.
- Comfortable using AI tools.
- Strong communicator.
- Resourceful and enjoys solving difficult problems.
- Wants to build, not just watch.
