About Wheels On LeaseWheels On Lease Pvt. Ltd. is building a technology-driven self-drive vehicle leasing marketplace connecting Lessees and Lessors through a web and mobile platform.
We are looking for an experienced React Native Developer who can take ownership of our mobile application and has genuine experience working with applications deployed in AWS production environments.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can understand an existing codebase quickly, build and integrate features, troubleshoot production issues, and work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and improve the Wheels On Lease mobile application using React Native.
- Build scalable and high-performance mobile interfaces.
- Integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
- Debug application crashes, performance issues, and production bugs.
- Work closely with backend and frontend developers.
- Understand existing application architecture and contribute to improvements.
- Implement authentication, notifications, document uploads, location-based features, and other application functionality.
- Perform testing before production releases.
- Manage Android/iOS builds and deployment processes.
- Troubleshoot issues across development, staging, and production environments.
- Follow Git/GitHub-based development and code-review practices.
- Communicate progress and technical challenges clearly.

Candidates from other educational backgrounds will not be considered for this position. Contract & Evaluation PeriodThis position will initially be offered as a 3-month contract.
The contract will allow Wheels On Lease to evaluate the candidate's practical performance on the actual project, including:
- React Native development quality
- AWS production understanding
- Code quality
- Problem-solving ability
- Application performance
- Ability to understand an existing codebase
- Timely delivery
- Communication
- Ownership and accountability
Continuation After 3 MonthsCandidates who demonstrate excellent practical performance and strong contribution to the project may be offered continued/full-time engagement after the initial 3-month contract.
Continuation will be based on actual performance and company requirements.
Work From HomeThis is a 100% Work From Home position.

Compensation₹30,000 per month The compensation is fixed for the initial 3-month contract period.
Any future continuation or compensation revision will be evaluated based on performance, contribution, and company requirements.
