Role Description The Financial Analyst will work on-site in Hyderabad in a full-time capacity, supporting the firm’s tax and wealth management services through detailed financial analysis.

Responsibilities include analyzing financial statements, preparing financial reports, and supporting financial planning for clients across diverse industries. The role involves building financial models, assessing client portfolios, and providing data-driven insights to support tax optimization and compliance strategies.

The Financial

Analyst will collaborate with tax advisers and senior finance professionals to ensure accurate reporting,



risk assessment, and informed decision-making. The position also requires maintaining organized documentation, monitoring key financial metrics, and presenting findings in clear, actionable formats for both internal teams and clients.

Qualifications

- Strong finance and financial planning skills, with the ability to develop and interpret financial models and forecasts.
- Proficiency in analytical skills and financial statements analysis to support decision-making and client advisory work.
- Experience with financial reporting and core finance concepts, including compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Advanced Excel and spreadsheet skills; familiarity with financial analysis tools or ERP/accounting systems is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; qualified certifications (CA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent) are a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work with large data sets, and capability to present complex information clearly.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a structured, on-site team environment.
- Prior exposure to tax, wealth management, or financial services domains is highly beneficial.
