Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Treasury Manager role based in Mumbai.

The Treasury

Manager will oversee daily cash flow management, including monitoring bank balances, forecasting liquidity needs, and ensuring timely availability of funds for operations and capital requirements. The role involves managing banking relationships, negotiating terms for credit facilities, overseeing foreign exchange transactions, and optimizing interest and banking costs.

Manager will develop and implement treasury policies, manage short-term investments and borrowings,



and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements. The position also includes preparing treasury reports and dashboards for leadership, supporting risk management initiatives, coordinating with finance and accounting teams, and contributing to continuous improvement in treasury processes and systems.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and working capital optimization.
- Experience in bank relationship management, credit facility negotiation, and trade finance operations.
- Knowledge of foreign exchange management, hedging strategies, and financial risk mitigation.
- Proficiency in treasury reporting, financial analysis, and use of Excel or treasury/ERP systems.
- Understanding of regulatory, compliance, and internal control requirements related to treasury and finance.
- Bachelor’s or master's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CFA, CTP, CA, or equivalent are an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities, with attention to detail.
- Effective communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills for cross-functional work.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, chemicals, or export-orientated industries is preferred.
