We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Field Sales Specialist to drive product sales and expand the customer base through proactive outside sales and IT sales activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting customers, understanding their business requirements, presenting technology solutions, and converting opportunities into successful sales.

As a Field Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, from identifying and qualifying prospects to conducting meetings, delivering product presentations, negotiating commercial terms, and closing deals. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure that customer requirements are understood and that the right solutions are positioned effectively.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently in the field, building relationships with prospects, generating leads, and consistently working toward sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new sales opportunities through field visits, prospecting, referrals, networking, and outbound activities.
- Generate leads and build a healthy pipeline of prospective customers.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospects to understand their business and technology requirements.
- Present and demonstrate relevant products and IT solutions based on customer needs.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification and requirement gathering to negotiation and closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and ensure timely movement of opportunities through the sales funnel.




- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Research prospective customers, industries, and market segments to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documentation in coordination with internal teams.
- Coordinate with technical, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Track competitor offerings and market developments to improve sales strategies.
- Participate in customer visits, industry events, networking activities, and other business development initiatives.
- Provide regular reports and updates on pipeline status, sales performance, and market feedback.
