Role Description This is a full-time, role based in Bengaluru.

The Field

Sales and Sourcing and Logistics Executive will be responsible for identifying and meeting potential corporate clients, presenting sustainable gifting solutions, and nurturing long-term relationships. The role includes sourcing eco-friendly products and vendors, negotiating pricing and terms, and ensuring adherence to sustainability standards. The executive will coordinate logistics and supply chain activities, including inventory tracking, order processing, packaging, and timely delivery to clients across India.



Daily activities also involve maintaining accurate sales and sourcing records, collaborating with curators and operations teams, and providing feedback on market trends and customer preferences.

Note: This is not an inside sales office job.

Qualifications

- Strong field sales and business development skills, including client prospecting, presentation, and relationship management. Achieving targets
- Having a great customer network in Bangalore to convert into prospective clients.
- Experience in sourcing, vendor management, and basic negotiation, preferably in gifting, retail, or sustainable products.
- Knowledge of logistics, order fulfillment, and inventory coordination, with attention to timelines and accuracy.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders and explain product value clearly.
- Comfort with basic digital tools (email, spreadsheets, CRM or sales tracking software) and documentation.
- Interest in sustainability, eco-friendly products, and ESG-related initiatives.
- Ability to work independently in the field and collaboratively with internal teams in a hybrid work environment.
- Relevant experience in sales, operations, or supply chain; a diploma or degree in business, commerce, or a related field is an advantage.
