About the Role

We are looking for a Field Operations Executive who will be responsible for supporting the implementation and day to day operation of Minedge at mine sites.

This role requires regular interaction with mine teams, drivers, operators and site management. You will work closely with the technical and product teams to ensure that the system is working correctly and field operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with mine site teams for Minedge implementation and operations
- Monitor field activities and ensure proper system usage at site
- Assist in installation, configuration and basic troubleshooting of GPS and other IoT devices
- Verify vehicle, machine, trip and production data from the field
- Identify operational issues and coordinate with the technical team for resolution
- Collect field feedback and communicate it to the product and development teams
- Train operators and site personnel on Minedge workflows when required
- Maintain daily records and prepare field operation reports
- Conduct regular site visits and ensure operational requirements are being followed
- Support testing and deployment of current Minedge features at mine sites
- Escalate critical operational or technical issues promptly

Requirements





- 0 to 3 years of experience in field operations, mining operations, fleet management, IoT or a related field
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable working at mine sites and in field environments
- Basic understanding of smartphones, computers and web based applications
- Ability to troubleshoot basic operational and device related issues
- Willingness to travel and work at remote mine locations
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple teams

Good to Have

- Experience in coal, OB, mining, logistics or fleet operations
- Familiarity with GPS tracking, fleet management systems or IoT devices
- Basic understanding of Excel and data reporting
- Experience working with mine site teams, operators or contractors

What We Look For

We need someone who is hands on, responsible and comfortable working on the ground. The role is not limited to reporting issues. You will be expected to understand what is happening at the site, identify problems and work with the team to get them resolved.
