Role Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and technically inclined Field Application Engineer (FAE) to support the Sales team in understanding customer needs, recommending suitable solutions, and providing application-related support. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want to build a strong foundation in technical sales, customer engagement, and application engineering.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer & Sales Support
- Support the Sales team during customer discussions by providing technical and application-related inputs. Understand customer requirements, recommend suitable products and solutions, and assist customers with product selection, technical queries, and application support.
- Technical Presentations & Demonstrations
- Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations and technical presentations to explain product features, applications, and solution benefits clearly.




- Solutions & Documentation
- Prepare technical proposals, product comparisons and solution recommendations. Maintain customer visit reports, project updates and related documentation for effective follow-up and internal coordination.
- Coordination & Issue Resolution
- Coordinate with internal teams to address customer requirements effectively. Troubleshoot basic product and application-related concerns and provide timely support to customers.

Qualification & Eligibility

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a technical field.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Interest in technical sales, customer support and application engineering.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

Additional Information

- Regular travel for customer visits and business activities is an essential part of the role.
- The selected candidate will undergo an initial onboarding and training program of up to 3 months at the Mumbai office. Upon successful completion of training, the candidate will be based at the Pune office.
- Candidates should possess a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in a customer-facing technical role.
