Location: Hanur, Chamarajanagar District, Karnataka

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Farm Manager to manage and supervise our agricultural farm operations at Hanur.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise farm labourers on a daily basis.
- Prepare daily work schedules and allocate work to labourers.
- Ensure timely irrigation of crops.
- Schedule and supervise fertilizer, manure and other input applications.
- Monitor crop growth and identify basic pest, disease and nutrient-related problems.
- Supervise sowing, planting, weeding, pruning, intercultural operations and harvesting.
- Ensure farm activities are completed on time.
- Maintain records of labour attendance, farm activities, irrigation and fertilizer applications.
- Monitor proper use of farm inputs and prevent unnecessary wastage.
- Maintain farm equipment and irrigation systems.
- Coordinate purchase and movement of farm inputs when required.
- Provide regular updates to company management regarding farm activities and crop condition.
- Ensure discipline, cleanliness and proper management of the farm.

Eligibility
- PUC or Diploma in Agriculture preferred.
- Practical farming experience will be an advantage.




- Valuable knowledge of basic agricultural practices.
- Good communication skills in Kannada.
- Should be responsible, hardworking and willing to work in the field.
- Valid Driving Licence (DL) is mandatory.
- Must have own two-wheeler/bike.
- Car driving knowledge is an added advantage.
- Candidates from Hanur and surrounding areas will be preferred.

Salary & AllowancesFirst 6 Months₹12,000 per month + Daily Allowance + Fuel Allowance After 6 Months₹15,000 per month + Daily Allowance + Fuel Allowance

Salary revision will be based on performance and responsibility.

Preferred CandidateWe are particularly looking for someone who can take responsibility for the farm independently, manage labourers effectively and ensure that irrigation, fertilization and other farm activities are carried out at the right time.
