Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fashion Designer role based in Faridabad.

The Fashion

Designer will create original bridal, festive, and occasion wear concepts, including sketches, technical drawings, and complete design collections. Day-to-day responsibilities include selecting fabrics and trims, developing embroidery and surface ornamentation, coordinating fittings, and refining garments to achieve the desired silhouette and fit. The role involves working closely with pattern makers, tailors,



and embroidery artisans to ensure design accuracy and quality standards.

The designer will also support seasonal collection planning, participate in client consultations when needed, and maintain awareness of market trends and brand positioning.

Qualifications

- Strong Fashion Design and Fashion skills, with the ability to conceptualize and translate ideas into bridal, festive, and occasion wear collections.
- Knowledge of Textiles, including fabric properties, drape, and suitability for high-end couture garments.
- Hands-on experience with Embroidery design and embellishment techniques, especially for bridal and festive wear.
- Proficiency in Fitting, garment construction understanding, and collaboration with production teams to achieve precise silhouettes.
- Relevant fashion education or diploma (e.g., Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related field).
- Ability to sketch by hand and/or use design software, with attention to detail and color coordination.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with in-house teams and clients.
- Prior experience in luxury fashion, bridal wear, or ethnic occasion wear is an advantage.
