What makes the role meaty

Factory Operations Management

- Lead end-to-end factory operations to ensure achievement of production targets, productivity, and service levels
- Drive effective utilization of manpower, machinery, and resources
- .Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of output as per business requirements
- Optimize operational workflows to improve throughput and reduce waste

Quality & Food Safety
- Ensure adherence to food safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Partner with Quality teams to drive GMP, HACCP, FSSAI, and other compliance requirements
- Lead corrective and preventive actions for operational and quality-related issue
- Maintain audit readiness across the facilities

Productivity & Continuous Improvement
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and process improvement initiative
- Identify and implement cost optimization opportunities
- Improve OEE, yield, productivity, and operational efficiency metrics




- Establish performance dashboards and review mechanisms

People Leadership
- Lead and develop factory leadership teams, supervisors, and frontline workforce
- Drive employee engagement, capability building, and succession planning
- Foster a high-performance and safety-first culture
- Manage workforce planning and manpower productivity

Safety & Compliance
- Ensure strict adherence to EHS standards and statutory requirements
- Drive workplace safety initiatives and conduct regular risk assessments
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, and company policies

Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and HR teams
- Ensure seamless coordination between manufacturing and business functions
- Present operational performance reviews and improvement plans to leadership

We hope that you have,,,

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Food Technology, Production, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline. MBA / Postgraduate qualification is preferred
- 10–15 years of experience in Manufacturing, Factory Operations, Food Processing, FMCG, Perishable Goods, or Allied Industries
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience leading large-scale factory operations
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and driving operational excellence initiatives
